Al-Kuwait is looking for a Cabin Crew member to join our expanding team. As a Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and safety to our passengers while on board. You will be expected to greet passengers as they board, help them store their luggage properly, provide assistance with seatbelts and in-flight entertainment systems, conduct pre‑flight safety checks, serve food and drinks, respond to passenger inquiries and complaints, and assist passengers during emergency situations.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in stressful situations
• Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods of time
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Understanding of safety regulations related to air travel
• Effective communication with passengers in English (other languages are an advantage)
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
