ResponsibilitiesExperience:
3–5 years
- Kuwaiti National.
- Customer Success or Account Management experience within SaaS, software, or digital solutions.
- Strong client onboarding, adoption, retention, and relationship management experience.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and maximize platform utilization.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
