Role Overview
The Customer Happiness Officer Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and answering questions.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing appointments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and provide support as needed.
- Process and handle transactions, including payments and bookings, accurately and securely.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment, including phone systems and computer applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
