Customer Service Agent in Kuwait (Females Only)

Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Resolve delivery complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams for shipment updates.
- Track orders and provide accurate information to customers.

- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
