Warah is seeking a Customer Support specialist to provide day-to-day assistance to customers and vendors, answering inquiries via Whats App, phone, and email, and guiding users through Warah features.
You will onboard new customers and vendors, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests, while maintaining friendly, professional communication and accurate records.
