The Call Center Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive service experience.

• Answer incoming calls and messages and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about SRVME’s services.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escape complex cases when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet performance targets including call-handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery service.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Full-time position based in Kuwait.
• Rotational shifts may apply, including evenings and weekends.
