ZAD in Kuwait City is hiring a Client Relations Officer for a full-time, on-site role in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Work Schedule is 5 days a week, with 8 hours per day and rotating shifts; note that morning shifts are required for females.
