Cabin Crew job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for a professional and experienced Cabin Crew Member to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, customer service-focused, and has strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language and be able to work under pressure in a diverse environment.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing safety, comfort, and security to passengers while in flight. This includes greeting passengers upon boarding the plane, ensuring that their seating arrangements are comfortable, demonstrating safety procedures to passengers, serving meals and drinks during flight, responding to passengers’ questions or concerns regarding their comfort or safety during the flight, making announcements over the intercom system as required, and conducting emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.

We also require that the candidate possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as knowledge of first aid procedures. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A high school diploma/GED qualification is a must. The successful candidate should have excellent communication abilities as well as problem solving skills in order to provide a pleasant flying experience for passengers.
