Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will need to provide excellent customer service and have knowledge of the global travel industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in customer service related field
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of global travel industry trends
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Fluency in English language is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)

The Travel Agent is responsible for providing customers with professional advice on destinations, itineraries, airline tickets, hotel bookings etc. Other duties include but are not limited to: responding to customer queries via phone or email; making travel arrangements such as hotel bookings; providing cost estimates; researching new destinations; keeping up-to-date on latest industry trends; ensuring accuracy when processing payments; maintaining client data confidentiality;

creating reports for management review; and attending trade shows when needed.
