Customer Service Rep
Cabin Crew job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait Al-Kuwait is looking for a Cabin Crew for a salary of 1600. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive environment while on board, ensuring that passengers have an enjoyable and safe experience.
The Cabin Crew will need to provide excellent customer service to passengers, including answering any questions they may have regarding the flight or services available in-flight. They must also be adept at problem solving and conflict resolution, as well as be able to assist with any special needs passengers may have.
Additionally, the Cabin Crew must ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times. This includes performing safety and security checks before each flight, instructing passengers on emergency procedures in case of an incident, and responding to any emergencies that arise during the flight.
No prior experience is required for this role, however we will prioritize applicants who have experience in customer service or aviation.
