Travel Agent vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel services to clients, including airline ticketing, hotel and car rental reservations, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the international travel industry. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 KD monthly.

• Provide comprehensive travel services to clients including airline ticketing, hotel and car rental reservations, visa applications, and other travel-related services
• Provide accurate information about available flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure that customers’ wishes are taken into account during the booking process
• Monitor changes in flight schedules or other circumstances that may affect customers’ bookings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant international travel regulations
• Organize special events such as conferences or conventions for customers
• Follow up with customers after their trips to ensure satisfaction

• Previous experience as a Travel Agent or relevant customer service role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient attitude towards customers
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
