Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally. - Transaction Processing:
Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records of transactions. - Reception Area Maintenance:
Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. - Retail Assistance:
Assist with retail product sales by recommending appropriate spa products to guests.
