Overview
Architect position at Darmec in Kuwait City, KU, KW.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients and develop designs, drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Prepare and update architectural plans, ensuring designs comply with building codes and KM rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other architects and engineers.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Create detailed drawings and material specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the engineering consultancy field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Professional work ethic and appearance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other software such as 3
DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion, and Sketch Up. - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills.
- Capability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans.
- Adherence to company policies and timekeeping standards.
- Consistently meets assigned deadlines.
