BPM Architects is seeking experienced design professionals to support the delivery of a new 10,000 m² commercial mall development in Kuwait.
We are looking for senior-level candidates with strong commercial, mixed-use, retail, mall, and hospitality project experience.
This is a global hiring opportunity. Applications are welcome from qualified candidates based in Kuwait, the GCC, and internationally
, with preference given to candidates who have GCC or large-scale commercial project experience.
- Experience:
15+ years
- Lead overall design vision and quality.
- Direct architectural, interior, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage client presentations and design reviews.
- Guide concept, schematic, and design development.
- Ensure design excellence and commercial viability.
- Experience:
8–12 years
- Develop concepts into schematic and detailed design.
- Prepare design presentations and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders.
- Support design leadership throughout delivery.
- Experience:
10+ years
- Lead technical development of projects.
- Coordinate design documentation and authority requirements.
- Review constructability and technical compliance.
- Manage BIM coordination and multidisciplinary integration.
- Experience:
10+ years
- Coordinate outsourced MEP consultants.
- Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs.
- Manage interdisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
Experience:
8+ years
- Lead design of public spaces, retail common areas, and food courts.
- Develop materials, finishes, and customer experience concepts.
- Produce presentations and detailed design packages.
- Experience:
3–8 years
- Produce high-quality renderings and animations.
- Support design presentations and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the design team throughout project development.
- Candidates from Kuwait, GCC, and international locations are welcome to apply.
- Preference for candidates with GCC and large-scale commercial project experience.
- BIM experience or BIM certification is preferred, especially for technical and coordination roles.
