Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Retail Interior Designer who is passionate about creating bold, modern, and commercially powerful retail spaces that stand out in today’s competitive shopping mall environment. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just design interiors—but shapes customer experiences that drive attention, engagement, and sales.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end role where your ideas move beyond drawings and become real, operating retail spaces. You will take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final store opening, working closely with contractors, mall authorities, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed with precision, quality, and commercial purpose.

What You Will Do

• Design engaging retail spaces including kiosks, booths, shop-in-shop concepts, and full store layouts
• Develop complete design packages: layouts, 3D visuals, materials, and technical drawings
• Ensure designs are practical, brand-aligned, and optimized for customer experience and sales performance
• Coordinate with mall management, contractors, and suppliers to secure approvals and smooth execution
• Oversee project delivery on site, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control
• Review shop drawings, materials, and contractor work to ensure design intent is fully achieved
• Solve on-site challenges quickly while protecting design quality and project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to final handover

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Strong experience in retail or commercial interior design and execution
• Ability to manage both design and on-site delivery responsibilities
• Strong technical drawing and 3D visualization skills
• Good understanding of retail operations, branding, and customer experience
• Confident working with contractors, consultants, and mall authorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed opening deadlines

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD (advanced)
• Sketch Up / 3ds Max / Revit (or similar)
• Rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic project tracking and documentation tools
