Junior Architect

Positions Type:
Full-Time and Part-Time (Applicants MUST be based in Kuwait)

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in producing detailed architectural drawings, developing accurate 3D models, and delivering high-quality visualisations for both interior and exterior spaces.

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Produce high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations
• Assist with presentation materials and client presentations
• Support the development of projects from concept through detailed design
• Coordinate with the design team, consultants, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation when required
• Research materials, finishes, construction methods, and design solutions
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and office standards

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Strong architectural design and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in municipality requirements
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of3D modelling and rendering software
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In Design is preferred
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and detailing
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
• Experienced in residential and interior design projects
