Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts
- layouts and space plans
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings
- 3D models and interior elevations
- Select suitable materials finishes furniture fixtures colors and lighting
- Prepare design presentations and mood boards for clients
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and suppliers
- Visit project sites to monitor design implementation and measurements
- Review shop drawings and ensure designs are executed as per specifications
- Make design modifications based on client requirements and project needs
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and technical layouts
- Experience with Sketch Up 3ds Max Revit or similar 3D design software
- Knowledge of V-Ray Lumion Enscape or other rendering software is an advantage
- Strong understanding of space planning furniture layouts lighting materials and finishes
- Ability to read and prepare architectural and technical drawings
- Knowledge of BOQ material specifications and quantity estimation is an advantage
- Good understanding of construction methods and interior fit-out works
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentations and design visualization is preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong portfolio of previous interior design projects is required.
