Key Responsibilities

• Develop a dynamic, inclusive curriculum that fosters innovation, design thinking, and problem solving.
• Lead engaging, project‑based lessons that integrate robotics, coding, engineering design, and digital creativity.
• Inspire students to connect classroom concepts with real‑world applications and future career pathways.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment where students feel confident to take risks and explore new ideas.
• Collaborate with colleagues, students, and families to support individual growth and achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a STEM/Design related field.
• Experience teaching high‑school students.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, design tools, and innovation practices with the ability to integrate them into instruction.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
