As the High School Principal, you will serve as a strategic leader and educational catalyst guiding a diverse learning community toward academic distinction and personal growth. • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the high school, ensuring seamless coordination across academic and administrative areas.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff through regular constructive performance evaluations aligned with school timelines.
• Identify professional development needs and provide targeted training and support to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by fostering strong partnerships with teachers, students, and families.

• Degree in Education;
  Master’s degree is preferable.
• Previous experience as a principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong written and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of school administrative processes.
• Attention to detail.
• Great presentation and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Office and education management systems.
• Crisis management and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous.
