• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in the relevant subject area
• Good knowledge of teaching approaches, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships with students
• Patience, understanding, and motivation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
