Trampo is seeking a Training Officer to lead learning and development across its entertainment facilities. You will design, implement, and improve training programs for operations teams, ensuring onboarding, safety, and service standards are met across venues.
You'll deliver classroom and on-the-job sessions, evaluate training impact, and maintain records and certifications. Collaboration with Operations and HR will be essential to sustain a culture of continuous learning and operational
