Minimum Qualifications- Must have a Paraprofessional Certification through DEEDS
- Must be Highly Qualified and strong content knowledge of elementary education
- Provide coverage as needed.
- Assists with planning and implementing instructional and intervention strategies for elementary students in reading and or math.
- Uses developmentally appropriate strategies, materials, and technologies, as directed, to accomplish instructional objectives.
- Establishes and maintains rapport with learners.
- Uses effective strategies for the management of behavior.
- Follows written plans, seeking clarification as needed.
- Collects and provides objective, accurate data and information to professionals, as appropriate.
- Maintains updated records and clerical responsibilities as assigned.
- Additional duties as assigned.
