- BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies and/or Primary Education
- Masters Degree in Education would be beneficial
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position within Early Years education
- A strong and confident understanding of the British Curriculum, with the ability to apply it effectively in practice
- A dynamic, enthusiastic approach that inspires both colleagues and young learners
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for building lasting, positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
