Librarian job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for foreigners, and required qualifications.

Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and qualified Librarian to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing and maintaining the library services. This includes cataloguing new materials, researching library resources, providing reference services, assisting patrons in accessing library materials, and organizing events such as book clubs.

The ideal candidate should be able to use modern technology to improve the efficiency of library services while providing excellent customer service. The successful applicant should be knowledgeable about a variety of topics and have a good understanding of how to locate information quickly and accurately. They should also have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all types of people.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or a related field with relevant experience working in a library setting. You must also have knowledge of library software systems such as MARC
21, knowledge of copyright regulations, and excellent computer skills.
