English Tutor - Contract Position (Pakistani/Malayalee)

As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one‑on‑one or small group English language instruction to students from Pakistan and Kerala, India. This contract position is based in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait and is open to candidates from Pakistani or Malayalee backgrounds.

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages and levels
• Assess students' language abilities and tailor lessons accordingly
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles
• Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
• Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students

• Proficient in spoken and written English - fluency in Pakistani or Malayalam is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is not required, but preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals from different cultural backgrounds
• Comfortable working on a contract basis with flexible hours
