Librarian (Malayalee/Egyptian) in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library collection, assisting patrons with research and reference requests, and promoting library services to the community.

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
• Previous experience working as a librarian preferred
• Fluency in English and Malayalam/Arabic
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of library systems and resources

• Manage the library collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
• Assist patrons with research requests and provide reference services
• Promote library resources and services through outreach programs and events
• Train and supervise library assistants or volunteers
• Maintain accurate records of library transactions and inventory
  
  Stay current on emerging trends in librarianship to enhance library services
