Librarian for Indian Nationals in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a qualified Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, organizing and cataloging materials, and helping patrons find resources.

• Manage and maintain the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
• Organize and catalog new materials using industry-standard classification systems
• Assist library patrons in finding appropriate resources for their needs
• Create and maintain a welcoming environment for library visitors
• Develop and implement programs to promote literacy and reading
• Keep track of overdue materials and ensure they are returned on time
• Maintain accurate records of library transactions

• Indian national with a valid visa for Al-Kuwait
• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience working in a library or customer service role is preferred but not required

• Salary of $1400 per month
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
• Accommodation provided
• Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
