We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Librarian, you will provide access to library resources and services to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will be expected to help customers find the information they need and answer any questions they may have about library services. You should also be comfortable with using technology to improve the customer experience.

• Manage the library's collection of books, magazines, periodicals, audio-visual materials, and other resources
• Index materials so that they can be easily found by patrons
• Assist patrons in finding books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, or other library resources
• Address inquiries from patrons regarding library policies and procedures
• Respond to feedback from patrons regarding library services
• Monitor circulation of library materials to ensure timely return
• Process new material acquisitions including cataloging and shelving them appropriately
• Provide technical assistance with computers and other technology available in the library

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or equivalent experience required
• Experience using computers and other technology required
• Knowledge of current practices in library science preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written required
