Librarian - Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in library sciences and a passion for helping people find the resources they need.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills both in written and spoken English, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. A graduate degree is preferred but not required; however, experience in library sciences is a must.
The main responsibilities of the position include cataloging books and other materials, managing collections of books and other reading materials, assisting patrons with their requests for information, organizing and maintaining library records, coordinating programs related to book clubs or author talks, providing research assistance to patrons, and enforcing library regulations.
We are open to candidates of all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
