Middle/High School Science Teacher (Immediate Start)

The American Baccalaureate School (ABS) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Middle/High School Science Teacher for immediate start. The teacher will inspire students in grades 6-12 through engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and a strong college-preparatory curriculum.

• Teach science courses across grades 6-12.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with ABS curriculum and learning objectives.
• Foster curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking in the classroom.
• Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities.
• Design and assess labs, projects, and assignments with timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student progress records and communicate regularly with parents.
• Ensure safe use of laboratory equipment and conduct risk assessments for experiments.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• Valid teaching license/certification.
• Minimum 2 years of successful science teaching experience, (preferred.)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
