- Develop and deliver training programs for employees at different levels
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Prepare training materials manuals presentations and other learning resources
- Identify training needs and skills gaps through regular assessments and feedback
- Develop training plans based on business and operational needs
- Deliver classroom on-the-job and online training sessions
- Support the development of employees and store management teams
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide follow-up support when needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Work closely with Operations to identify performance issues and provide suitable training solutions
- Coordinate external training programs and work with training providers when required
- Support the development of e-learning and digital training programs
- Maintain training records and prepare regular training reports
- Build relationships with external training institutions and training providers
- Stay updated on new training methods and best practices
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and restaurant POS/management systems.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online training tools.
