• Lead the day-to-day operations of the high school ensuring seamless coordination across academic and administrative areas
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff through regular constructive performance evaluations aligned with school timelines
• Identify professional development needs and provide targeted training and support to enhance instructional effectiveness
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by fostering strong partnerships with teachers students and families

• Degree in Education;
  Master s degree is preferable
• Previous experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar role
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Strong written and administrative skills
• Knowledge of school administrative processes
• Attention to detail
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
• Crisis management and Problem-solving skills
• Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous
