Driller - Deep Drilling

We are seeking Drillers with deep drilling land rig 3000HP experience for our client in Kuwait

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment including drawworks mud pumps and drilling systems to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations
• Monitor drilling parameters make necessary adjustments and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team including assistant drillers derrick hands and roughnecks to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team

Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling onshore/land rig operations.

Candidates from Canada, United States, Europe, Eastern Europe, Australia, China are preferred.

Must have worked with NOV EDS systems and cyber/chair joysticks rigs.

A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.

Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.

Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).

Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
