Job Responsibilities

Manage requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.

Monitor HSE requirements and ensure compliance during preventive maintenance activities.

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.

Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and performance trends.

Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and timesheets.

Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.

Monitor equipment condition and support troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other Oil & Gas equipment.

OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other Oil & Gas equipment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.

Experience supervising maintenance teams in Oil & Gas or similar industrial facilities.

Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
