HSE Senior Administrator

Contribute to effective SHE practices across SSH with particular emphasis on the following objectives:

• Develop and deliver professional Safety and Health Training programs on various construction projects, wherein SSH is the Resident Engineer Team both in Kuwait and across MENA as required.
• Facilitate and administer safety and health practices to management and supervision with advice on safe working conditions for Head Office, associated SSH Offices and to onsite Resident Engineer teams.
• Contribute to effective SHE Audit Programs and conduct SHE site inspections and audits accordingly.
• Coordinate and report on Monthly SHE performance across SSH projects.
• Communicate and lead by example in implementing a best practice SHE improvement culture.

Internationally Recognized Diploma or equivalent in Safety and health management as a minimum.

• Experience and/or knowledge of environmental management is required against intent of
• Certificate in Training & Development and/or demonstrated facilitation skills is required.
• Certificate in Safety Auditor Course to OHSAS
  18001
• If not degree qualified, must have technical trade and/or technical background.
• 7 years minimum, but desire 10 years.
• Experience needs to include large/complex projects involved major civil engineering works, MEP and infrastructure, with detailed use of JSA/JHAs.
