Senior Civil Engineer - Transport & Water Projects

The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development , headquartered in the State of Kuwait, announces the following vacancies:

Requirements & Professional Experience:

• A master's degree in the field of specialization is required; a PhD is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of practical experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Arab, regional, or international financial institutions.
• Applicants must not exceed 50 years of age at the time of application.

Technical Skills

• Project Management skills

• Ability to prepare feasibility study review reports, tender documents, project contracts, as well as engineering-based project evaluation reports.

• Proficiency in economic and financial aspects of engineering projects.

• Fluency in Arabic, with proven proficiency in drafting reports, memos, and official correspondence in Arabic.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software related to the field of specialization .
