The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development , headquartered in the State of Kuwait, announces the following vacancies:
Requirements & Professional Experience:
- A master's degree in the field of specialization is required; a PhD is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of practical experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Arab, regional, or international financial institutions.
- Applicants must not exceed 50 years of age at the time of application.
Technical Skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to prepare feasibility study review reports, tender documents, project contracts, as well as engineering-based project evaluation reports.
- Proficiency in economic and financial aspects of engineering projects.
- Fluency in Arabic, with proven proficiency in drafting reports, memos, and official correspondence in Arabic.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software related to the field of specialization .
