Electrical & BMS Draftsman – Kuwait
Position:
Electrical & BMS Draftsman
Experience:
5–8 Years
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Location:
Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical & BMS Draftsman with strong experience in preparing electrical and Building Management System (BMS) drawings for building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Electrical and BMS shop drawings based on project specifications and design requirements.
- Develop layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, cable routing, and panel details.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings as per site conditions and engineer instructions.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, BMS Engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on consultant comments and client feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Electrical systems and BMS drawings.
- Understanding of HVAC control systems, ELV, and building automation layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects.
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.
