Structural Design Engineer

Overview

Working as a Structural Engineer within KEO’s Design Division, you will be working with a team of engineers in the analysis and design of structures for tall towers, commercial, mixed use, hospitality and residential building projects.

• Assisting senior engineers in analysis, modeling, design and documentation of structural projects.
• Assisting in coordination of structural design information with requirements of other disciplines.
• Assisting in the selection of viable alternative structural concepts.
• Assisting in preparation of design criteria reports.
• Comprehension of the principles of structural analysis and design.
• Working knowledge of structural design codes.
• Working in a diverse team environment with a detailed-oriented, professional approach.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and working methods.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of related working experience.
Prior experience working with a Consultancy in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
Bilingual communications skills in Arabic and English would be highly regarded.
