We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing mechanical and site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between design, fabrication, and installation processes.

• Supervise and execute mechanical works for steel construction projects
• Coordinate with fabrication workshop and site teams
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
• Resolve technical issues during fabrication and erection stages
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in steel construction or related field
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment
