Department Head - Special Projects

The position will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and growth of specialized engineering projects and is pivotal in driving business development, ensuring compliance with Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) regulations, and strengthening client relationships. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Department Head will provide strategic leadership, manage departmental operations, and deliver innovative firefighting and engineering solutions tailored to the Kuwait market.

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Kuwait.
• Strong background in firefighting systems and knowledge of Kuwait's engineering market.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Hands‑on experience dealing with the Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) and related authorities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, lead departmental operations, and deliver results.
• Must hold a valid residency/ Visa 18 Kuwait
