Senior Estimation & Tender Engineer
We are looking for a strategic Senior Estimation & Tender Engineer to lead our bidding and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full tender lifecycle and bid submissions.
- Prepare precise cost estimates for civil and structural projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for high-value procurement (steel, heavy equipment).
- Conduct risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project margins.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in construction tendering/estimation.
- Proven track record in winning competitive bids.
