We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Engineer - Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing every aspect of project delivery from initial planning to final handover ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met.

This role requires a candidate with a solid background in civil engineering
, proven project management experience, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets specific to civil construction works.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design and technical requirements.
• Supervise on-site activities and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and present technical and progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues and construction challenges as they arise.
• Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus)
• Minimum5 years of experience
  in civil engineering project management in the construction sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  .
• In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
  in Kuwait.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Presentable and able to represent the company professionally in front of clients and government entities.
