Operations Manager
Job :
A leading Kuwait-based Engineering, Power & Energy company is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and business development activities
- Manage strategic customer relationships
- Coordinate project opportunities from tendering to execution
- Liaise with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and industrial clients
- Support projects involving substations, power plants, automation, and electro‑mechanical systems
- Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors
- Strong project management and contract administration background
- Experience with KOC, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
- Knowledge of substations, power plants, electrical infrastructure, automation, protection & control systems, testing & commissioning
- Strong business development, commercial, and client relationship management skills
