Responsibilities
Conduct regional and country-level market intelligence and insight studies for Natural Gas Compression and Treatment Equipment products including coiled tubing, fracturing, pumping, cementing and related solutions. Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitive landscape, customer requirements and business opportunities. Develop and implement business development and strategic sales plans for Natural Gas Compression and Treatment Equipment products aligning customer requirements with the company’s business objectives and growth strategy.
Establish, maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances with key customers, industry stakeholders and business partners to support market expansion and business growth. Identify, pursue and secure major projects from key customers including International Oil Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs), international oilfield service companies and local service providers. Manage customer relationships, sales activities, project delivery coordination and overall customer satisfaction.
Lead the sales process for assigned projects by understanding customer business challenges and operational requirements. Present the company’s value proposition and collaborate closely with the technical team to develop and deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions. Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports and market assessments to support management in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in natural gas engineering or related technical field preferred with minimum 7 years of natural gas industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team working ethics.
- Excellent oral and written communications and strong presentation skills with good fluency in English.
- A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self confidence.
- Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
