Project Coordinator / Pre-Sales (Engineering)
Location:
Kuwait
Salary: KD 700/-
Report to Enterprise Manager
Role SummaryWe are seeking an Engineering Pre-Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities related to ELV, CCTV, Power, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets, and technical proposals.
- Handle tenders related to ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Batteries, Generators, and Data Center infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical and commercial offers.
- Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements.
- Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
- Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- 3–5 years of Engineering Tendering/Pre-Sales experience
- Knowledge of ELV, Power, and Infrastructure solutions
