We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a large-scale wastewater treatment plant in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution - from planning and permitting through construction, commissioning, and handover
-while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage all phases of the wastewater treatment plant construction project.
• Develop project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait environmental regulations, safety standards, and local authority requirements (e.g., MEW, KEPA, MPW).
• Oversee subcontractor management, site supervision, and construction progress.
• Monitor KPIs and generate periodic reports on progress, cost, and risks.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Manage permitting processes, inspections, and interfaces with government entities.
• Ensure quality assurance and control during civil, mechanical, and electrical phases.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities in collaboration with O&M teams.
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in water or wastewater treatment plant construction.
• Proven experience with large EPC infrastructure projects in the Gulf region, preferably in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of treatment technologies, process equipment, and utility systems.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., FIDIC, ISO, ASTM) and local Kuwaiti codes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in Design-Build or EPC projects.
• Prior work with major international consultants or contractors in the water sector.
• Knowledge of wastewater reuse and sludge treatment technologies.
