Sales Operations Manager / Sales Operations Engineer
A leading Kuwait-based Engineering, Power & Energy company is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team.
Requirements- Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors
- Strong Project Management & Contract Administration background
- Experience with KOC, EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors, Consultants, and Industrial Clients
- Knowledge of Substations, Power Plants, Electrical Infrastructure, Automation, Protection & Control Systems, Testing & Commissioning
- Strong business development, commercial, and client relationship management skills
- Drive sales growth and business development activities
- Manage strategic customer relationships
- Coordinate project opportunities from tendering to execution
- Liaise with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and industrial clients
- Support projects involving substations, power plants, automation, and electro‑mechanical systems
