• Provide expert consultation and recommendations to management on complex technical, operational, and business challenges.
• Define the scope of studies and lead assessments to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze technical and commercial issues and coordinate data collection and evaluation to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to investigate challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Review analytical findings and prepare recommendations, reports, and proposals for management review.
• Evaluate business processes and organizational practices to identify weaknesses and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Advise on the assessment, adoption, and implementation of new processes, systems, technologies, and business practices.
• Review business plans and provide guidance to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Evaluate studies, policies, procedures, and operational practices, providing recommendations and implementation strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing to support employee development and capability building.
• Contribute to long-term organizational improvement and strategic planning initiatives.
• Apply risk management principles in daily activities and promote effective risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Perform other related duties as required within the area of expertise.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience within the relevant field of expertise.
• Proven experience in providing strategic, technical, or business advisory services to management.
• Strong experience in conducting studies, evaluations, and business improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex technical, commercial, and operational issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience in organizational planning, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
