About the job:
Responsibilities- The Quantity Surveyor shall monitor the BOQ's, estimates, schedule of rates and material take-offs as presented by the PC Contractor. These shall be verified by site measurement of materials and man hours expended on the varying work packs across all disciplines.
- Support the Contract Engineer in the compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion as required.
- Measurement and evaluation of final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts.
- Candidate shall be degree qualified and MCIRS affiliated. Will perform liaison duties between MEW and Contractor reporting to the Contracts Engineer.
The job location will be based on Al-kuwait - the preferred candidates must be located in Al-kuwait.
