Project Manager (Civil)

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects form start to completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
• Maintain communication with clients and government entities when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects (experience in e.g. infrastructure, building construction, road).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing civil engineering projects (experience in e.g. infrastructure, building construction, road).
• Proficient in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety codes, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge in Kuwait Oil Company standards.
